X-ray diffractometer D8 Discover

The X-ray diffractometer D8 Discover from Bruker AXS SE is used in the DFG project No. 383863415 for the non-destructive analysis of microstructures. X-ray diffraction enables near-surface analysis of phase composition, residual stresses, and dislocation densities in a wide variety of materials.
