15 years of the Chair of Materials Test Engineering

The Chair of Materials Test Engineering is celebrating its 15th anniversary. We look back on a decade and a half marked by challenging research projects, new encounters, successful developments, and continuous advancement in science, teaching, and infrastructure. Whether basic research, application-oriented projects, or exchanges with industry partners: every single step has shaped and advanced the WPT.

We would like to thank all employees, students, cooperation partners, and sponsors who have contributed to the positive development of the chair through their commitment and cooperation.

We look forward to continuing to shape the coming years through innovative research, quality-oriented teaching, and sustainable impulses in materials engineering.
