Dual-Tube Computed Tomography System
The dual-tube computed tomography system ALPHA Duo from Procon, including an in-situ loading unit, is being operated as part of the DFG project no. 459685720 for the non-destructive visualization of internal structures and the highly accurate analysis of damage mechanisms under load. The double-tube configuration enables high-density metallic materials to be irradiated and details in the nanometer range to be identified.
